Andy Miller studied Diesel Technology at Universal Technical Institute in Glendale Heights, IL, graduating in 1995 at the top of his class. In October of 1995, he began a career in Heavy Truck Repair. Working for a Freightliner Dealer for 16 years, Andy worked as a technician on the floor, was then promoted to a Foreman position overseeing 10 technicians, and finally upheld the Service Manager position responsible for 21 technicians. During his six years as Service Manager, his dealership was ranked #2 in the U.S. for customer satisfaction as ranked by J.D. Powers.
With an opportunity to grow his own repair facility he partnered with RT&T Group in December of 2012. Andy currently staffs 10 shop employees and has steadily grown RT&T Repair, servicing many outside customers while maintaining RT&T’s fleet since joining the company. Andy is eager to promote his team’s excellent quality of work and outstanding customer satisfaction.
